We spent last weekend in Lanesborro at Sylvan Park and had an excellent time.  Nice quite little town campground with water and electric.  They have a dump site and decent restrooms and showers.  Cost was $25 a nite which was a little high but worth it due to the location.

Lanesborro is a small quiet town and slept very well with no noise.

We walked around town and did some shopping at the many stores and shops, ate some great food at the local resteraunts and took a wonderfull Amish tour with RM Amish tours.  Was very informative and saw some fantastic craftmanship.

We have been to Lanesborro before but had ban several years ago, we are planning a couple of trips back next year!  A three day weekend was really not enough time to see all there was in the area.

Lanesboro is a great place to go trout fishing.  The river through town is full of trout.  It also a biking Mecca and in the spring the town is full of fisherman and bikers.  The valley is extremely picturesque as well.
