I have now replaced all four shocks with Bilsteins and all new air bags as well.  I plan to replace the
springs also.  Any suggestions on what to replace them with?  How about the front?

Appreciate any relevant comments.

The ride improvement thus far is remarkable, Should have done it sooner.

Since I cannot tell where you live I would suggest looking up "Brazels" rv service in Oregon, They reprogram the Chebby 8.1 chips and practically do everything to a rv.

They have a authorized dealer in Redlands Kalifornia which is about 60 miles from me sooo I'll trot over after taxes and let them weigh the coach's front end for the correct springs.

The claim is once the correct springs are installed you can do away with the air bags (GRUMP) sooo maybe something can be worked out.

I have air on all 4 corners along with the compressor control inside the coach with gauges.

Don't know about the leaf springs, but be careful of the no-airbag replacement front coils. Some of them "bind up" metal-to-metal when loaded (i.e. bumpy road) and the result is ball joint failure. Not fun on the road. Good luck.

Some coil springs are designed to bind up such as the MOOG dual action springs. They have three coils of a different tension & the rest are setup to Bind when a heavy load is imposed on them . You ride normally until when fully loaded the "soft" springs bind & then the remaining springs take up the load. I have used this setup on my chevy Vans for twenty years with no problems. I still prefer air bags in the motorhome tho front & rear. For the rear you can get two types, the stock springs need airbags & the others (10 leaf) usually dont but it's nice to have the bags when towing NAPA & Safety steer have front coils to meet most needs C YA! I put new springs in the front of mine as well as shocks and air bags. Someday I may swap out the rear leafs... They refurbish springs in Manchester NH, not too far from me.
