From what it looks like I will not be removing the dent from the inside.
The entire bath area would have to be removed, walls and all....

Weld on pulls and use a puller to get it out. No holes that way.

I'd never heard of welding pulls to the skin....sounds like a great idea.  One thought....would the welding cause burns on the inside liner

It is a spot weld, should not gererate much heat for long. There is a gap insulation is in. My liner is very plyable, who'd a thunk it.
I'll be doing pics for sure of it!

Re Balgrns photo of the interior liner -

It does not appear that there is a "compound" curve in your head liner.

Is that the case?

if so, almost any material could be used to replace the liner if it is brittle.

Useable sheets would include thin wood panels, aluminum sheets, plastic or pvc pieces, or almost anything that would take a simple bend.

It does curve over the shower, it is extremely pliable too, like new, which I find odd but great!

It also goes past that closet wall. The dent does not have much of a crease so I don't anticipate a problem. Now I've jinxed it!

I will be documenting the repair, so I'll post it here too

The brother just stopped over. We took a good look at the dent.
Not good, has 2 creases. Welding tabs in no longer an option.
Looks like I'll have to be creative and cccccc cut the liner (AHhhhhhhhhhgggggggg)

Should be fairly straight forward. Follow the trim line from the galley area and when we put it
back in run some aluminum strip where the cuts are.
