Pretty sure this is a Chrysler unit. I've looked into replacements too as mine has broken into pieces and was told its no longer available (junkyard find?)

I do know there is a company that sells updated replacements along with complete RV heater controls, etc. btu I can't seem to find the website right now.

I did find this from JCWhitney (http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/Product/Pr-p_Product.CATENTRY_ID:2002908/c-10101/Nty-1/p-2002908/Ntx-mode+matchallpartial/N-10101/tf-Browse/s-10101/Ntk-AllTextSearchGroup?Ntt=heater+control )

The Temp control is a Chrysler unit. They were used in many of their vehicles all through the 80's. I have a 1988 Dodge Ramcharger truck that has the same unit but without the chrome. In the factory installation, there is a "holder" that keeps the unit in place. These break frequently.
In my '86 345 the temp control is glued in place.
