Just started the cyclocross season here in Louisville with the US Gan Prix of Cyclocross Derby City Cup. We took the Airstream down there for the weekend as BaseCamp for our racing buddies and our friends. It made the perfect place to hang out, repair the bikes, have a beer, warm up from the cold, let the kids watch a movie, etc. I can't imagine spending two full days at a bike race held in a field with the kids and friends without an RV to hang out in. There was another RV up there too, a Mirada from NC. The guy and his wife race Triathalons and Cross and spend 20 weekends a year in their motorhome. BTW - I raced on Saturday and managed to finish without getting lapped or crashing out. Here are some pics of me going up and over the flyover.
