Ever see snow bend.  Took this pic of our storage shed.  The ice has bent as it slid off the roof.  Pay no attention to the date on the first pic.

Yup, see it once in a great while. Coolest one was on a water tower. It's amazing what the stuff can do sometimes.

that's pretty neat.

in the 8 yrs i've lived in south georgia i've only seen a dusting of snow one time. it was like a madhouse, crazy folks running around shouting snow, snow, it's snowing. some kid skidded off an icey roof, broke his elbow and made the front page of the news!
your snow bend is reminder of how neat the cold can get. many thanks for sharing.

btw it'll be 69 here tomorrow, balmy

We have a few buildings at the plant with metal roofs, they are required to "Danger" tape the area off after a storm untill the roof clears itself. Sounds like a train from inside the building.
