I have this rack, but my RV drags out of gas stations as is, and way worse with this rack sticking out an extra 3ft. or so. VersaHaul makes a hitch riser for around $80 but I would also have to buy a hitch extender for it to fit my rig. That's another $80 and each component reduces your max load rating by 100lbs. Question is, is it really that back that the tail end of my RV bottoms out and drags once in a while? (I attached a pic of the rack)

Look underneath and see if its doing any damage. I drag my hitch exiting some places. It scratches the pavement, but so far no damage to my rig.
