we just purchased a 1986 fleetwood pace arrow on a P30 frame with typical 454 with factory hydaulic leveing system. most of the original equipment manuals were with the home. we called fleetwood customer service to register the unit with them and they sent us the complete schematics for the unit from the frame work thru plumbing, electrical, lp lines........

also tried to e-mail us the finished unit specs but they did not come through too well, so they are going to mail those soon.

if anyone should need any information from these manuals, just ask and we will do our best to get them to you.

I need service manuals for the P30 frame. I have my original manual for my Southwiind but no Service manual. I have a 454 in mine. If any one has anything let me know I would love to have a service manual. Would be So helpful!.
I did find this pdf about tuning up your chassis for an alignment.

http://www.offroadtoybox.com/RV/P-Chassis-AlignmentProcess.pdf

Hope this can help someone.

we have several manuals for equipment that was typical for the mid 80's units from fleetwood, including owners manuals.

if anyone is in need of any of these, just let us know.  we are happy to share.

I ordered a reprint of the 1978-79 Dodge Motorhome shop manual here. Not quite the owner's manual but good to have (around $50 US).

Still looking for the owners manual - found that Kit was bought by eXtreme RV, which still carries a Road Ranger brand, but only in 5-wheel, so highly doubtful an inquirry to the company would bring anything.

-- ooh I just went to http://www.extremervs.com/ and their website hosting contract expired. Whoops.

I do not know about your MotorHome; however I do not think there is a manual all in one package for some of these older models. I have seen the owners envelope for the 1977 Dodge American Clipper and it is just papers and folders on each product, like AC, cook range. I have found much good information on the older motorhomes at AMERICAN CLIPPER OWNERS CLUB; however it appears to be down at this time.

I do have owners maintenance manual and other for Chev 350 1986 class C,Motorhomes American by Cobra.
Let me know via this site if i can be of help. JT

I did a good job on roof reseal im pretty mechanical but average with electrical. We are not rich so i try diy always. My wife is in charge of interior. I think we are going to replace the old 3 way fridge with a 5.0cubic compact 110 fridge and retrofit in original space cant afford messing with original.Any way it is late must be up at 5:00am for work.Cant wait for somebody to respond. the individual manuals will depend on makes/models you have.  the original "build" sheets are available from fleetwood at no charge.  call them, follow the prompts and give them the FIN #.

for the genset, we will need the complete model and serial numbers to be able to help.

good luck!

Your "Manual Library" is a GREAT idea. It seems that it has kind of fallen by the wayside. Not nearly enough activity to make it as comprehensive and updated as it should be. Such a shame, because there are "millions" of RV owners out there, that have manuals and important information. There are also many owners IN NEED of the manuals and information.

I recently purchased a 1993 37' Newmar Kountry Star, Class A Gas (Ford 460) F53 chassis, model 37WDSK. It came with "most" of the third party booklets/user guides, BUT NO Coach Manual, describing the slide-out operation, plumbing, holding tanks, electrical, switches, etc. In fact, we still have switches, that we hve no idea what they operate.

We have searched the internet, feverishly, Google, eBay, CraigsList, numerous RV clubs and sites, and contacted Newmar Corporation directly, to no avail. Newmar suggested we try to find a current owner through RV sale ads, and see if they would be willing to copy their manual, and we pay any copy, shipping, travel costs, etc. but the few we have contacted, do not seem to want to bother with it, for whatever reason, and that's fine, but we STILL need a coach manual.

This Manual Forum, is a great idea, and let's ALL participate and make it what it can and should be.

Thanks, Lee White
