Loveable, expensive to maintain, demanding attention, ....... I have to agree.

So long as she doesn't drain the bank (er im mean really drain) or act like Glenn Close in Fatal Attraction then we're all safe with our motorhome mistresses. The missus certainly enjoys my 34ft mistress

I was single for a very long time and only remarried 13 years ago to a very fine woman, (albeit a lawyer). I was single for a total of 17 years and grew to love it immensley. Remember, this was pre AIDS and there were lots of friendly ladies all over the place.
I guess I wouldn't worry about finding a mistress to travel with. Seems pretty easy to develop friendships on the go. Just like Alzheimers, a new woman every night and new friends every day.
Of course I would never want to give up my wife now. I finally found one that I just couldn't move on from. Now when we travel we have a lot of fun, (as long as I don't let her navigate)!!!! |

I waited till I was 30 before making the big step and was fortunate to find the right one first time. 32 years later she is still my wife, best friend and business partner. But, she also cannot navigate ( except in a mall) and the GPS has saved many a cold moment.
Life is sweet

Okay, gotta tell a story here. I bought a Garmin Street Pilot in 2000. Wife figured out that I bought it so she couldn't control the map anymore and I think it hurt her feelings, so last year I bought her one. She swore she would never use it and within a week I think she kept it under pillow at night she loved it so much.
So in July we go to Duluth, Mn. to a convention and we have reservations at a campground on the south edge of town right on the water. (St. Louis river). Now I know the way to Duluth. Been there many times and don't need the Garmin to get there. So she volunteers to plug in the campground address into her Garmin, (which she has with her), and get street directions from it. Okay, sounds reasonable.
They have a ski resort called Spirit Mountain there. Its on top of a high high hill. "Honey, why are we climbing this hill?" "The campground is right ahead up there." "No, its not. It's down by the water." "My Garmin is never wrong dear." "Why is that cop flagging us down honey?"
Cop, "where you going with that rig towing a car. There's no place for you to turn around up there on the mountain." "Isn't the campground up there!" "No!"
"Excuse me dear, I think I might have typed in the wrong address in the Garmin."
##*%#*Got me AGAIN!!! Campground is down by water. With cops help got turned around in a parking lot before getting to top. |

Obviously the Garmin was wrong. I could see that right away....
We have his & Her's Nuvi 660's. They will be set up in the motor home with each having our own to work with. The excuse for this is that we both have cell phones and each is set to answer our phones. Time will tell as to which is the more accurate
