With our first RV a Tioga class C we moved from California to Joplin,Mo. Parked it next to house for the winter,. We had never heard of winterizing a motorhome. Well the next spring we went camping in Branson and I didn't know you could have so many leaks in a small area. Also split water heater and the gray water tank. Never did get all the leaks fixed.

Not really a blunder but a real pain. Again with our class c Tioga went on a trip to Arizona and on the way back had a tire decide to blow. Not much of a problem we thought just unhook the CJ 5 toad and take tire and wheel to the nearest Wally World and get a new one. That is when we found out that 16.5" tires were obsolete and they didn't have any. A search of the tire stores were also without luck. After 2 days finally found 2 16" wheels at a wrecking yard and 2 new tires from Wally World we were on the road again.
